Website and services
This website introduces the property and outdoor maintenance services of Capital Resource Alliance Corp. Descriptions and property photographs are illustrative; they do not represent guaranteed outcomes or a portfolio of completed Capital Resource Alliance projects.
Requests, quotes, and appointments
Submitting a form asks us to contact you. It does not confirm an appointment, establish pricing, or create a service agreement. Scope, availability, price, timing, and any service-specific terms must be agreed separately. Preferred dates and times are requests only.
Using this website
Provide accurate contact information and submit requests only for yourself or with the other person's permission. Do not submit sensitive financial information, unlawful content, or automated spam. Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.
SMS program and consent
Capital Resource Alliance Corp offers four separate optional consent choices: authentication codes, account notifications, property maintenance customer care and appointments, and marketing. No checkbox is preselected. Consent is not required to receive services or submit a request. Messages may be recurring and may be sent using automated technology.
To enroll, select the relevant SMS checkbox on our contact form and submit your request. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you. Informational texts can include replies about your service inquiry, quotes, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and customer care. Promotional texts can include seasonal offers and service promotions only if you separately choose marketing consent.
Your choices apply only to Capital Resource Alliance Corp and the selected message categories. Choosing one category does not authorize any other category, and accepting these website terms does not opt you into SMS. Purchasing or requesting a service never depends on agreeing to SMS.
Messages are authorized only for the purposes you consent to. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help

After an opt-out, further program texts will stop; a single non-promotional acknowledgment may confirm the change. To subscribe again, provide a new explicit opt-in. Tell us if you stop using the submitted phone number so your preferences can be updated. SMS delivery depends on your mobile network and device and is not guaranteed.
Authentication and account notifications
You may separately authorize authentication messages and account notifications using the corresponding checkboxes on our contact form. Authentication messages contain verification codes sent when you request identity verification or access to your account. Account notifications concern changes to your customer account, account status, or account security. These choices do not create an account or request a code. These messages apply only when you use the relevant account service or request verification. Neither choice authorizes marketing.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how contact requests and consent records are collected and stored. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but interruptions or errors may occur. We may update the website and these terms. Any service agreement made separately remains subject to its agreed terms.
